About Cherise

Cherise Ruiz is a resident of Newport Beach and has lived and worked in the area for over 25 years. Over the years, she has built a reputation for being a keen business woman and a valued community service volunteer. Her previous experience includes involvement with the mortgage banking industry and interior and landscape design. As a result, Cherise brings a perfectly rounded set of skills and knowledge to Berkshire Hathaway, as she is able to provide insights to her clients far beyond residential real estate.

 

Enthusiasm, pristine attention to detail and strong leadership are just a few traits that Cherise brings to our company. Throughout her career, she has utilized he innate interpersonal and organizational skills to assist those she’s worked with through the decision making process with patience and compassion. Working and helping with the Senior community and assisting them with their specific needs is something she truly loves.

 

In her free time, Cherise enjoys playing tennis, surfing and raising money for local schools and other charities. As an active community member, she has a genuine love for the beauty of the area and enjoys spending time with those she’s built relationships with over the years. Cherise is also a graduate of California State University, Long Beach where she received her BA in Communications.
